When we experience conflict amongst our staff and with others, we are committed to resolving that conflict and moving forward from that situation without ill feelings.

The Platinum Rule
We will treat others how they want to be treated. This means that we will take into consideration that other people may have different perspectives than us, and we must respect their individuality. We will act with compassion and patience, and do what we can to help other people achieve their goals.

Do Your Best
We understand that we can always learn and improve. We look for those opportunities for improvement in the details of our everyday work, and we are accountable for our actions. At the end of the day, we want to take pride in our work and know that we’ve done all that we can to achieve the mission of the organization.

Fun
Cardinal of Minnesota is a fun place to be! We understand that our “work” takes place in the middle of others’ homes and lives. Because of that, we must continue to provide a relaxed, comfortable work environment so that our staff are creating a great living environment for our clients. We want to celebrate accomplishments and infuse laughter into our clients’ daily lives.

To us, teamwork means many things. It means that we are available to help and support each other when needed. We also know that from time to time, we as individuals may need help and support, so we must recognize those times and ask for it.
